Bethany Anan

Beth holds a Master’s in Behavioral Science and is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). After years in traditional settings, she first founded Peace for Kids to create a more neurodiversity-affirming, child-led approach to ABA and social-emotional support.

Driven by both professional insight and her experience as a neurodivergent mother, Beth partnered with Luvi to create an inclusive space where their children and others can thrive. Beth is a creative thinker, puzzle-solver, and fierce advocate for the right fit for kids to thrive. Her natural ability to help children feel safe and seen, and to put parents at ease, is a gift to every family she meets.

Lucia Monserrate-Caret

Luvi is a mother to two neurodivergent learners, ages 7 and 8. With a background in business ownership and a Master of Science in Psychology focused on child development and neurodiversity, she brings a unique blend of professional insight and lived experience to everything she does.

Luvi is a passionate volunteer and advocate in the foster care and adoption community, and she approaches every role with children, families, or community partners with warmth, energy, and a deep sense of purpose.

Known for her bright smile, open heart, and love of connection, Luvi is also an avid skateboarder and a loyal supporter of local businesses and grassroots projects. Her greatest joy is being a wife and mother, and she proudly brings her culture, humor, and voice into the work of building inclusive spaces where every family feels seen and supported.

Enrichment Facilitators

Natalie and Cat both bring years of hands-on experience working with children, grounded in registered behavior therapy and ACT training, as well as a deep commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care. Their approach is nurturing, child-led, and rooted in the belief that every learner engages with the world differently.

In our enrichment setting, learning isn’t one-size-fits-all. Even within the same lesson, each child may take away something unique. Cat and Natalie’s role is to guide, not dictate. They create space for children to engage with topics freely and confidently, honoring their pace, interests, and natural ways of understanding.

Frequently asked questions

What if the current cohort has already started, but I want my kids to join?

Your kid(s) can absolutely join us at a prorated rate!

Does my child need to bring lunch and snacks from home?

Yes. We do have snack and lunch times each day, and all food must be brought from home or purchased from The Burrow Cafe downstairs.

Please ask your child not to share food with other children. For safety reasons, we have a "no-food-sharing" policy. We do not have a fridge to store food items, so please plan accordingly.

Are you affiliated with a church or religion?

No. Every child and adult in our enrichment community will be respected and treated equally, no matter their beliefs.

What is your sick policy?

We want to keep our learning space as healthy as possible. If anyone in your home has vomited in the last 4 days, or if your student has had a fever in the last 48 hours, please keep them home. The same goes for active coughs or runny noses. We know missing a day can be disappointing, but teachers will save materials and help your child catch up at home. Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe and well!

What if we are unable to attend a lab?

We structure our enrichment offerings to take place in 6–8 week blocks throughout a “typical” school year, so if something doesn't align with your schedule, check back for the next round of enrichment labs. You can also sign up to be notified when we add new enrichment labs to our schedule.
